By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. SERVICES
True Source AI provides AI automation services for businesses, including but not limited to: AI Voice Agents, SMS Responders, Instagram DM Automation, Missed Call Text Back, and related digital services. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless noted as one-time setup.
2. PAYMENT
- Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe
- One-time setup fees are charged at the time of purchase
- All prices are listed in USD
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we will work to make it right
- No refunds are issued for partial months
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding
- Use our AI services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not use our services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Comply with platform policies (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, etc.) when using our integrations
5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive to maintain 99%+ uptime for all AI systems. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party platform issues. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms (Instagram, Google, Twilio, etc.).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and materials created by True Source AI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. AI agents and systems built for your business are licensed to you for use during your active subscription.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
True Source AI is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or business losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party platform changes, or customer decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing month.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. CHANGES TO SERVICES
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
